Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on the airline/hotel’s policy.
- Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded.
- Refund processing time: 7–21 working days (depends on airline/payment gateway).
- Service charge/processing fee may apply.
Re-Issue Policy
- Ticket re-issue or date change is subject to airline rules.
- Fare difference + airline penalty + SkyFlix service charge will apply.
- Customers must request re-issue at least 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellation requests must be sent tosupport@skyflixbd.com.
- Charges vary depending on airline/hotel policy.
Cancellations by Airline/Hotel
- If an airline/hotel cancels the service, refunds or re-bookings will be processed as per their policy.
